About Core
Core Post is a boutique Post Production house situated across the road from MediaCityUK in Salford
Our relaxed atmosphere and welcoming surroundings provide a perfect location for your production. Our aim is to always provide you with the best tools and talent to ensure your project is finished to the highest possible standard and within your budget. Our experienced Coordinators will work closely with your production to plan and organise your journey through the Post world, to make it as straightforward and cost effective as possible
Core’s Technical Support team will guide you through the myriad of formats, codecs and cameras to ensure you make the right choices for your project. We are onboarded with all the major broadcasters and once complete, we will deliver your project with full AQC direct to channel
Offline
19 Offline suites provide the flexibility to handle projects of any size. All suites run Avid Media Composer connected to high speed Avid Nexis storage, and have dedicated access to our SFX software and its vast sound library. The suites are light and spacious with windows, so you can keep an eye on the amazing Salford weather
Online
2 Avid Symphony Online suites with advanced colour correction offer the complete finishing solution in one environment, or work seamlessly with our Grade suite. The rooms offer 4K and UHD HDR finishing whilst also benefitting from Boris Continuum effects and filters, and Adobe Creative Suite
Grade
Our DaVinci Resolve Grading suite features the Advanced Panel and utilises the Eizo ColourEdge Prominence monitor, providing the highest quality HD, 4K and UHD HDR picture finishing. From set to screen, our award winning Colourist works with you to develop the perfect look for your production
Audio
We have 3 Dubbing Theatres and can provide standard stereo mixing, 5.1 and Dolby Atmos. All rooms are equipped with Avid control surfaces, and our 2 larger suites provide excellent UHD HDR viewing facilities. Our large ADR studio can offer solo sessions, group recordings and Voice Over on site or remotely via Source Connect
